For some reason I have fallen into the disappointed and frustrated level at this facility. I find the greeting staff to be indifferent and uncaring. The "nursing staff" are always fabulous. And I hear Dr. Deepti is amazing. I was given off to the other doctor and then handed down to yet another doctor. Both seem fine and competent but somehow my needs were not understood and I felt dismissed. Today is was strike three for me. Today I had a 9:15 am appointment, showed up early and was taken back swiftly...only to wait with zero communication for over 30 min. Because I had to be back to work before 10 am I brought that to the staff's attention and was told I was going to be next. No further communication. Just me sitting in a room that kept going dark because I was not moving. At 10:00 AM after moving a training I was facilitating to start 15 min later, I had to walk out and request a refund for the day. Fortunately the indifferent front desk remained indifferent and dutifully refunded my money and that was it. I walked out. Because for me this is a 3rd strike I don't intend to return. It is unfortunate that great doctors are getting a poor appearance because of poor communication and attention to the individual. I hope this feedback is taken to heart and steps taken to improve this for your future and current patients, but my needs seems to be "not at the level" to be worthy of attention and care. I'm sure my presence will not be missed by them. 🤷‍♂️

My experience in meeting all of the doctors and staff has been incredible. Dr. H Sadhwani in particular is wonderful and genuinely caring. I have never met a group of doctors who listen and take their time with patients the way this group does. I am someone who has struggled for years with chronic fatigue and many symptoms without previously getting any help or diagnosis. Within a few visits I received real answers and natural treatments to solve my problems. If you care about truly getting to the root of your problems and not being treated like a number, I highly recommend this practice. I'm looking forward to continuing care with QHC and keeping as my primary care provider.

I would put negative stars if I could this place is a complete scam and garbage staff they yell in the hallways cussing while you wait for them to come in and do absolutely nothing but tell you to pay more for your appointment after you already pay in full before you see the doctor. I’ve called about bills I received in the mail that were already paid and they find hundreds that I paid that weren’t applied to anything say they fix it and then send another random bill. The woman at the front is the most unprofessional and unpleasant person I’ve come across and I have no idea how she has a job. She doesn’t seem capable of performing any type of job properly she is just too miserable to apply herself. Unfortunately I found a lot of other people with the exact same experience here and they fell for it too because of the minimal options locally.

I have an insurance policy that says (clearly on the card) that I have a $25 copay, yet they made me pay $150 for the first visit and $175 for the follow up just to review bloodwork. They assure me that they will cut me a refund check once my insurance has paid, but it has been nearly 3 months since my first appt and there have still not been any claims filed with my insurance. I have another appt scheduled for November and am unsure that I want to keep going to this practice considering I pay high dollar for insurance coverage and can't afford to continue paying these additional prices out of pocket. I like Dr Deepti and her back staff alot, but I am unsure about their billing department.
